After having a miserable time on Disney Dream cruise, I reached out to Disney to discuss. The Disney rep, Kimberly, played phone tag for a couple of week.

We finally spoke. I expressed what a horrible time it was on the ship and that I would never go another Disney cruise again. Dinner on the first night made me sick and ruined the next day. The table photographer embarrassed me to the point that I wanted to leave the dinner table but there was no other place open to get food.

The Disney rep offered to review the issues with the ship but made no resolution to me.

It appears that Disney is all magical to the customers until the bill is paid. Then they don't give a *** anymore

Why would they?


Not true that you couldn't get food elsewhere. Room service is always available.


We just came back last night, this was our 3rd time on the Disney Cruise. It was a nightmare! I thought I was the only person felt this way.
