We went on an end of life cruise for my beloved partner and we took a lot of pictures. Her mother paid for the photo package (the most expensive one) and took over 200 photos.
Karen went through the photos with the help of someone on the cruise and she was told she would get all the photos. We left the cruise on 3/29/18 and didn't look at the USB until we lost Amy in May. We started a ticket mid May and at first there was 1 photo out of hundreds found. We explained we didn't know that we wouldn't get the photos with Amy in them without paying another $300+ dollars.
We said we would be willing if they could find the photos.... and nearly a month later.. they found 10 additional photos and said there is nothing more they could do.. IF we hadn't been told we would have the photos on the USB drive, this wouldn't be so disappointing.
If they hadn't been able to keep finding photos- I wouldn't be so frustrated. These were the last photos we took with her and Disney and their partners because of there delay in responding have put us in a position where nothing else is recoverable and I am heartbroken.
